My job sends me around the east midlands and wherever I am working I will always travel back and stay at this hotel which I have done for 2 nights per week for the past 11 weeks. From the moment you enter you are greeted by friendly staff regardless of their employment within the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and... more

I have stayed here many times, and will continue to do so. The staff genuinely want to help and are always cheerful. The restaurant serves varied dishes, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. The portions are very generous, almost too big sometimes. Due to the location of the hotel some of the rooms suffer from traffic noise (no double glazing) throughout... more

Due to the time of the wedding, we arrived before check-in time, but we were warmly welcomed and it was not a problem. Not only that, the staff offered to upgrade our... more

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the welcome and staff surprised me in a town which I thought was rather a backwater, Burton on Trent. The town itself is a little dull, but has a nice little shopping centre and plenty of cheap restaurants and pubs. The surrounding countryside is simply divine, I had forgotten what a... more

Thanks for making the stay so pleasureable. The staff are exceptionally courteous, showing myself and my colleague to our rooms. The food in the restaurant of a great standard, well cooked and beautifully presented. Breakfast was in a "welcome" air conditioned room with plenty of choice, including being able to accommodate my non diary diet. Thanks so much for a... more

I had booked to go to Donington for the Moto GP race weekend and needed accommodation for my wife and myself, I searched the net for a hotel and liked the look and the reviews of the Three Queens Hotel and booked online, I am so glad I did because we had a wonderful stay. Our air conditioned room was... more

Looking at the Alton Towers site, this was listed as a nearby hotel. So we booked the 3 night weekend break, dinner, bed and breakfast. Very reasonable price we thought. Arrived late afternoon, still ample parking space available. Friendly reception, we were shown to our room. Very nicely appointed, spacious and clean. Rooms cleaned every day and our kit neatly... more
