Stayed here after spending the day at Alton Towers with my wife & son. On arrival the young female receptionist was about as friendly as a stone slab - think a customer awareness course wouldn't go a miss. Anyway checked in quick enough. Excellent hotel and the room was definatly comparable to many good 4 star hotels I have stayed in and better than many. The pub/restuarant next door served excellent food and had excellent service. Much recommended. more

this is the worst hotel i have stayed at, i recieved a poor reception the rooms where a mess. i recieved racist behaviour from the receptionist, staff were not very helpful with any situation that we had DO NOT STAY THERE more

This was refurbed end of last year. What a lovely job they have made of it. For the price it is well worth every penny. The only think the food was pricey and was not a lot of it. more

The Premier Travel Inn hotels are reasonably priced and very predictable; you know what to expect! This is no exception, comfortable, well maintained rooms with air con and very fast heating control (20'C to 16'C in 30 minutes!).
