I had been trying to find a decent place to stay in Camberley, where my company's HQ is. Looked all over and then a colleague suggested to stay at the Frimley. Although I have been to the UK very often, this was the very first time I was staying in a typical english countryside hotel and I liked it from... More

We booked a Christmas stay at Frimley Hall from 25th - 27th December 2011. Our family group ranged in age from 3 years to 98 years. The Christmas package and rooms were excellent value and our specific requests for rooms were very well dealt with by Claire and Ashley. The Christmas Day lunch was one of the best we have... More

A Beautiful old English style country house, nice rooms but the staff are a bit stuffy, different menus for the bar and restaurant. Shower was fantastic, room clean and tidy Didn’t eat here as the food was too expensive, there's an indian restaurant not far for half the price and the 12% service charge really was a put off from... Many thanks Tim D for your review. I am pleased to note that you enjoyed your stay on the whole, however, disappointed to note your comments regarding the pricing of our food and beverages. We constantly monitor our local four star competitor set to ensure that our pricing strategy is very competitive in the market place. In terms of our... More

This was my second visit to the hotel. I have to say I was impressed that the manager cared enough to put right some of the wrongs experienced in my previous attendance at a spa day by allowing me to go back with a friend and try it out again for free. This time the lunch was served promptly and... More

Many thanks taiters for your review. I was delighted to note that you enjoyed your return visit to the Spa. Whilst I would never boast that we get things right all of the time, it is important that we endeavour to listen to our critics, learn and deliver the service, quality and customer care expected, at all times. I do... More

I was very fortunate to be sent to the Frimley area for business and this hotel came highly reccommended by our corp. travel agent. Value for the price was excellent. I know they are more common in England but Estate hotels like this in Canada are rare so I really enjoyed the common area of the hotel (lounge/reception area). My... More

Many thanks William C for your review. I was delighted to note that you enjoyed your stay with us but disappointed to note your comments regarding our Breakfast. I was over at the darts and myself and a friend stayed for 4 nights. Firstly I'd like to say I had no problem with the staff who all seemed friendly and willing to help although on checking in the man at reception told us there was a safe in every room, after searching for ten minutes i rang reception... Many thanks Paul L for your review. I was disappointed to note that you did not enjoy your stay. The Lounge/Bar Menu offers a wide choice of lighter snacks and meals, I can only apologise if the shin of beef was the only dish that you liked. In terms of our bar pricing, this indeed is in line with all... More

The hotel is impressive from the outset and you know your stay is going to be something special. Our room had already been upgraded as it was my birthday but nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. We asked to change our room again as we were right next to the gate and wanted a more peaceful room... More

We arrived in the rain and were greeted warmly by the staff. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost to something that felt like a normal hotel room although the bathroom had nice toiletries. The view was awful as it over looked the carpark and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling by the window. The photos you see... More

I stayed here for a conference/meeting and it was booked by someone else. I arrived in the middle of a local cold snap which necessarily alters the experience as, with all older English hotels, heat is an issue. Additionally, my room was located in the apparently older part of the hotel, which no doubt played into the few problems. Checkin... More

Many thanks heeler1 for your review. I was sorry to note your issues with the ethernet cable not being available in your bedroom. There should have been a cable for your use in the desk drawer. I stayed 3 nights and my experience was as follows. Day 1. Tv did not work, room service menu very poor and limited. Once I got tv to work found that the tv channels were even more limited than the menu. I went down to bar for drink and waited around 20 minutes for each drink I had two and... More
