We were made welcome on arrival and shown straight to our room. The room was cold and dusty. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we asked for breakfast before 8am. Suffered insect bite during night. Part of group needed to get away promptly but had to wait for breakfast and bill. Other part of party found cooked breakfast poor value.

This is a very friendly and welcoming hotel. All facilities well up to standard, and we were welcomed back as old friends. Like Faulty Towers but without the humour. Really unfriendly rude staff. Very standard small rooms - bathroom door was just a sliding door without a lock.
