Just poor in any way you can think, only positive point was the Toby Carvery next door. We had 5 rooms booked, 4 out of the 5 rooms complained and the response was pitiful, sorry travelodge but you've lost all of our custom.

I stayed here lots of time during bits and bobs at HomeOffice Croydon. This hotel is very near to home office croydon (less than 1 mins walk - on same line).
