We stayed for 2 nights in July for a wedding in nearby Cheam. We arrived in from Gatwick by train straight into East Croydon station which was a stone’s throw from the hotel. Check-in took a little while even though it was nearly 9pm, the single member of staff on front desk was friendly but a little less than competent.... more
