im not normall a fan of the big chains but to open your room curtains in the morning to the view of the racecourse and the peace and quiet was very impressive. The staff were friendly and i have to say both Pearly and Dev in the evenings were very attentive friendly and efficient i will definitely stay here again

I stayed here for 1 night on business. Similar to Premier Inn, only the evening food is better. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Bed a bit soft for me(bad back prefer a firmer bed). Reasonable selection at breakfast, but only Sausage, Beans & what is supposed to be scrambled Egg are available as a hot option.

Just returned from the Holiday Inn Express, Epsom Downs and was very impressed. Don't be put off by the Express tag, it's a great place.
