A friend and I stayed here last week for a de-stress break and had a lovely few days but maybe our expectations were too high. We were drawn by a good offer and by it's reputation but it wasn't as luxurious as I'd hoped and it seemed a little too formal for our liking. Our room was ok, overlooking the... more

I have just returned for a 2 night de-stress break at Grayshot and feel totally relaxed and de-stressed. The staff were welcoming when we arrived and we were shown round and to our room. From then on all we did was relax, in the sauna, the swimming pool, and having treatments. The quality of the facilities is excellent and the... more

Firstly, although a health spa might seem an odd location for a honeymoon, we only had a couple of days to spend and decided that the original plan - a luxury hotel in London for 2 nights - would just involve drinking and eating loads for 48 hours at great expense. Our criteria was that we could get away for... more

Visited the Grayshott and very disappointed with the stay. I was travelling alone so was given a single room which overlooked staff accomodations and air conditioning vents..I could see into staff room and it was not relaxing at all and very disappointing as I paid top rates for the stay. The treatments were fine - nothing very special. I did... more

Grayshott - the place is something of an institution. It was opened over forty years ago as a "health farm," when spartan dieting meant little more than grapefruit and hot water for breakfast, and guests were inclined to escape to the pub under the cover of darkness. In those good 'ol days a weeks stay would set you back £30,... more

We won a two night stay at grayshott with a destress package of treatments, Part of the prize was to stay in the Tenison suite which was gorgous and HUGE ! From the moment we arrived to when we left the whole experience was fantastic, the staff are the most warm and welcoming i have ever experienced and the level... more

A girlfriend and I decided we needed a bit of pampering as a pick-me up to the new year, so booked an overnight stay at Grayshott Hall. We negotiated a Saturday night stay with some treatments on the Sunday. The Hall is a beautiful old building, with a not so beautiful extension added round the back (which luckily you don't... more

Grayshott Hall is the most wonderful escape in the world. California, Florida, and Colorado boast of their spas. However, Grayshott beats all of them. I have been to Grayshott Hall 5 times since 1996. Each stay was from between 7-10 days. The longer you can stay, the more you will be ready to take on the world when leaving. Whether... more

My friend and I booked a Total Renewal Day at this spa after a very stressful time for both of us. We paid over £600 for this day so had very high hopes! On arrival, met by shambolic reception scene. We had to struggle to find room at desk, each filled in different forms, I filled in no medical form... more

We booked a 2 night de-stress break, having researched several local spas and found that Grayshott offered a wide range of tailor-made breaks with the option of booking additional treatments. We took advantage of the deluxe pedicures, manicures, facials and reflexology but there is a wealth of other things you can have done to make you feel wonderful! The location... more
