My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary recently and we were very impressed with everything . We were greeted by very friendly staff and the manager in particular who upgraded our room. The food in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast in our room was plentiful and delicious . We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here in October 2012. Had a very cozy feel considering the weather (working fireplace by the entrance gave it a lovely ambiance) and the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. Stayed there on a Groupon deal. In general very impressed with the staff and the manager in particular. Food and service excellent. Free internet and a fridge in the room a bonus. Only downsides are the bedroom walls are a little thin and shower pressure could be better

Had a lovely weekend attending a wedding here. The venue was a good one for the ceremony, the reception prior to the Wedding Breakfast and the nightime party. The food was very good for the wedding and the waiting staff /kitchen got the food to us piping hot, replenished empty glasses swiftly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them.... More

Stayed at this hotel this month, and whilst the staff were very friendly the hotel itself was distinctly average and disappointing. The place seemed tired and fixtures and fittings reflected this. Breakfast as a big disappoint and not what I would have expected from a hotel at this price range.

Nice friendly staff ,very helpful .Lots of easy parking food ok .Rooms a little tired and could do with decorating but comfortable (ish) double bed was two singles pushed together. Overal had a good stay and would recommend to all.
