The only word I have in my dictionary to describe this hotel is ' Perfect ' . We recceived very warm welcome from receptionist on arrival who had answer of all our queries and managed to find inter-connecting rooms ( though we forgot to request interconnecting rooms). Rooms were very comfortable and cozy with the nice view of lovely courtyard.... more

The hotel looked ok in the reviews but my what a disappointment. I went with two of my female cousins to celebrate my fiftieth birthday and if it hadn't been for the good company and the fact we went out and about I think I would have booked out. Things did not bode well when we first arrived. The receptionist... more

Was booked into the Kingston Lodge Hotel on business mid-week in November. The hotel sits next to a relatively busy road (Kingston Hill) but the modern extension in which most of the rooms are located is sensibly designed so that all the rooms face away from the road. Very little information was provided about arrival by public transport by the... more

Stayed at the Kingston Lodge Hotel for 1 night and found it acceptable, based on having got a very good online deal. It was very hot the night we stayed and there was no air-conditioning in our room, making sleep very difficult. An email to the hotel to enquire about check-in times was never answered. On arrival Reception did his... more

We stayed at the Kingston Lodge as were had tickets for the Guiness Premiership Final and then the England v Barbarians matches at Twickenham. The hotel is not far from Richmond which is where we were meeting up with chums prior to heading to the game. It is also very close to Richmond Park which is just a fantastic place.... more

Booked our room directly with hotel at short notice and they were happy to match best online price - which in our case was £99 for bed and breakfast, a complimentary bottle of wine and a deluxe double room. Reception area was bright and spacious, the greeting was warm and friendly yet professional. Our room was initially a little disappointing,... more

A lovely hotel, i stayed on business, however would recommend for pleasure also. Very friendly and couldn't do enough to provide excellent service. Particuarly worth a mention is their flexibility - you can have a meal from any menu and eat anywhere. Larger hotels need to take note! more

I have stayed at this hotel before when it was part of the Swallow group. It has now been taken over by Brooks and has definitely improved. It is still the chintzy decor, shabby in places but much cleaner. Overall better run with comfortable rooms and decent enough breakfast. Rooms on Kingston hill can be noisy when the early morning... more

I've stayed here a couple of times now on business and the Kingston Lodge has always been reasonably good. It's got everything you need for a few nights away with work or on a leisure break, as there are plenty of attractions nearby and is conveniently situated for Kingston, Richmond, Hampton Park, Teddington areas. Plenty of parking, a cosy bar,... more
