We stayed in the Mews, just opposite, across the road, to the main hotel building. The traffic was extremely noisy. The room was in desperate need of refurbishment (ripped curtains, everything looked very tired). We felt totally ripped off but were staying for a wedding just down the road so had no time to complain or change hotels. more

We fortunately were only booked in for one night. The disinterested receptionist put us in a room where we discovered other people's clothes in the wardrobe.
