Stayed here to manage a meeting. Fabulous place, but a bit tired. No conference staff were available to advise and help. Internet didn't work properly. Staff didn't understand basic requests in English. Lunch was an hour late due to miscommunication between staff. Stayed here and it tries to be 4 star but falls down on service. The staff do try but dont seem to have the training. We stayed here for a lastminute getaway. Having previously stopped by for afternoon tea we knew the grounds and principal rooms were stunning.
