Where does one start? First room offered had flooding due to broken rooftank. Second was so noisy that opening a window was not advisable. Very polite reception staff and an upgrade to a Executive room. all in all a very good deal, £49 per night for B&B per room. Room was adequate, but very quite, heating/aircon worked well.
