I spent one night in this hotel while visiting family. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. helpful in terms of directions etc.The room was by no means fancy but was comfortable.I would stay again. Perhps a wee bit overpriced but I guess its still London prices.

Very welcoming! Great breakfast Room was overbearingly hot, thermostat didn't seem to work. Shower was tiny but clean. Reception area could do with a bit more life it's very bland maybe a plant might be nice. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Facilities basic but all working and in good order. Not very convenient location unless you have a car, a long walk from Sutton. Car parking good. Average hotel. A bit dated but nothing bad.

Stayed here between Nov/Dec 2011 - my first B&B experience and it was good. Room was clean and neat, management friendly and helpful, and breakfast cooked a la minute was superb. Hotel rooms are basic and a little tatty but couldn't fault them for cleanliness. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast freshly cooked and very nice. A good overnight place to stay

this is a great place to stay. rooms are nice and have a typical english taste....I simply loved it, and I am looking forward to go back soon. Pleasant staff, very relaxed atmosphere and clean tidy room. Breakfast was sufficient - cooked on request. For some reason the bar was closed by the time I returned at 8:45pm, which I though was a bit odd. The bathroom was a little on the small side but just about ample enough for sole occupancy.

Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was v good. Unfortunately the room was terrible for the price of 95 quid, more like a better hostel. Would go if a lot cheaper but they could spend a bit on rooms at least to make it better.
