I'm really not sure what you must do to get served here. I tried complaining to the manager. That's difficult because first you need to identify who that might be. Great Hotel, rooms were good sized, great amenties and very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast, if a little slow in coming. Staff could do with presenting a less flustered approach, as it's the kind of hotel you want to arrive at and feel like you've slowed down - it;s got a great bar with lovely leather sofas. Last minute booking, great hotel, rooms very good and location brilliant. Room was ready when we arrived and they did not spare on the tea and coffe in the room tray. Only downside was the evening meal....think they forgot about us as they where so busy...took two hours to serves 3 courses...did not matter too much to us, but if... more
