Very friendly owners,excellent bedrooms and ensuite facilities. Breakfast was perfect,just like your Mother would make. Will definitely come here again,and have advised my friends to book this Guest House when they are next in South Shields. Ten out of ten for everything. more

We were only staying one night but Audrey was extremely welcoming, and really made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and quiet as described. We would definately go back to stay here again when in South Shields. more

We have stayed with Audrey and Frank the last two years now for the Great North Run Weekend. The Forest Guest House is immaculately kept, it is warm, welcoming and provides the best breakfast!
