Stayed over for just one night. Pleasant welcome. Room clean. Window had been left open, and room was rather cold! Had tea/coffee making facilities. Hair dryer too. I'm always impressed by the staff at this hotel. I stay there on a regular basis and they are always friendly and helpful. For the first time I was allocated a room on the ground floor and all I can say was it was superb! Very clean, smeltt of fresh linen, bed comfortable...everything you would expect. Stay frequently at this hotel. Agree with other comments that quality of staff and service is excellent. Think they should fall in line with other Holiday Inn Express and offer free Internet. This is the only Express to charge me for Internet in the last year.

We used to stay in another hotel when we visited Nuneaton, but won't any more. Although this hotel costs a little more it's so much better and overall better value for money. The noise from the Bedworth bypass wasn't too noticeable (other than when the local children were racing their cars down it) so we had a pretty good sleep.... More
