We (me, husband and 2 children, age 11 and 13) stayed here for one night. I did try to book on line but had trouble when it got to 'payment' so ended up ringing them and booking it direct.

Apart from the booking the rest of the experience was fine. We had a family room which consisted of a double bed a sofa bed (but single bed size) and a full size single mattress made up on the floor. The room was a good size very clean and comfortable. Telly, hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo and soap. All very basic but more than adequate.

The staff were more than helpful and very friendly. The room cost £48.00, very reasonable. We chose to have full breakfast too for £7.50 an adult (kids eat free).

You ate in the attached 'Brewers Fayre' pub. This was very clean again the staff very helpful and polite. It It was eat as much as you like and loads of choice, muffins, croissants, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice and of course cooked English. The cooked... more
