I stayed at this B&B on a work visit recently, and it was lovely. A friendly welcome awaited me, a beautiful quaint room and a warm atmosphere. My colleague and I were reminded by the landlady that time was ticking on if we wanted to eat out, and we were lucky enough to visit Lindfield on Christmas fair night, what... More

Superior b&b in characterful old house with lovely people. Great location in a beautiful old village with good transport links. Appreciated being able to park behind gates. The bedroom was comfortable and warm with lovely hot shower. It was the second time we had been and it felt like visiting old friends. Nice relaxed, sociable atmosphere with great, freshly-cooked breakfast.... More

We visited the recent antique fair at Ardingly which is 5 minutes from this super b&b. Carol and Roy are so friendly and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches - I've never had my bed turned down in a b&b before!! We highly recommend to all. More

My husband and I stayed here for a long-weekend (in the 'Little Barn') recently. We had a very enjoyable time and Carol and Roy made us very welcome. We had come to Lindfield so that we could go walking in the area... not only did we have a lovely stay but when we were tired out after a long walk... More

This is a small B&B with one self catering suite (sleeps 4 BUT on 3 floors). Cozy interior, pretty garden, very accommodating owners. B&B has other rooms but we didn't visit them. Location was also handy for Gatwick which was our getaway airport for Croatia. Good restaurants in village and fun to walk around the little lake. More

I stayed here with my husband and brother-in-law for a night. The owners are very friendly, interesting people who went out of their way to make our stay a memorable experience. It's in a beautiful location, the house has great character, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it! More

My Mum came down to visit (sadly we have no spare room) and stayed here. The reviews were justified, a lovely character filled B&B in a very pleasant location. The couple who run it are cheerfully eccentric but made my Mother feel very welcome. The attention to detail in terms of facilities and cleanliness was exceptional. I'm sure it's top... More

We had a great weekend staying at Pilstyles. Carol & Roy made us extremely welcome and were very helpful in advising on the local surrounding areas of which they have considerable knowledge. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and the atmosphere very sociable and relaxed. We can highly recommend to anyone - if they are lucky enough to be... More

The room was lovely, particularly like the fresh flowers on the dressing table and dressing gown and sleepers. Roy and Carol are very welcoming and friendly and made me a very beautiful and full of goodness fruit salad for breakfast! Defiantly will be back and recommend to anybody who appreciate great service and real british welcome:) More
