The best b&b we have ever stayed in. It was faultless..beautiful room, great hosts and amazing attention to detail in every way. Wonderful breakfast,recommend the eggs florentine and homemade tomato sauce.

Great location, spotlessly clean rooms, wonderful breakfast (try the eggs Florentine) and relaxed and helpful staff. No hassle about booking in or out like most B&B and guest houses. If its important to you, the whole house is wonderfully designed with a striking and attractive décor. If you ever visit this area of the country, stay here.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The owners are very welcoming and chatty, the room was great and breakfast was delicious. The location is good, close to the sea front and local restaurants. We'd definitely return if coming back to Littlehampton.

this is the nicest b&b i've ever stayed at, it's been decorated with such care and creativity. really clean, with little touches like muffins in the room and lovely products in the bathroom, can't say enough about this b&b, it is truly faultless. and breakfast was delicious too!
