If you are looking for a quiet inexpensive weekend away, and don't require anything other than comfortable beds, nice size rooms and delicious food in an easy to get to from London country house, then Cisswood House is a good choice (as long as there are no weddings taking place that weekend). I recently held my wedding reception in this hotel and couldn't have asked for more. Service was fantastic with great attention to detail at every stage. Special requests were accommodated and food delicious. We had about 20 people staying over and all loved their rooms, breakfast and spa facilities. The honeymoon suite is also to be recommended! more
