A quite nice hotel with rambling bedrooms and older furniture. Not brilliantly comfortable - but some charm. Food was very good. The manager gave us advice for walking along the South Downs which took up most of a sunny autumn day. Ok place but we wont go back again. more

This hotel is in the enviable position of having little competition in the immediate area, if it had any it wouldnt survive without major investment. Very pleasant hotel for a weekend away. Rustic feel to the decoration in the rooms. Very acceptable food. more
