We expected a 3 1/2 star country motel and got it and this makes me a happy tourist. The motel is not flash or full of modern creature comforts. The furnishings are worn down, old and uninspiring. But the bed was comfortable and we got a pleasant night's sleep. This is what we were hoping for. more

This is a small motor hotel in a great little town. Our room was very clean and furnished to the level expected. We were promptly greeted and shown our room. Tenterfield is a small town but the traveler should take the time to explore it and the many museums and shops. The Railway Station/Museum is not to be missed. Overall... more
