Franklin Manor aspires to be a boutique hotel but delivers a poor bed and breakfast experience.It does not represent value for money.Our room was small,with a grubby stained carpet and poorly furnished.We were rudely told the restaurant was fully booked for the night of our stay and would have to eat elsewhere.The breakfast was abysmal. more
