We stayed three nights and it was a good choice. You need a car of course but it's not far to Strahan village. Prepare your own breakfast and there is a good evening meal choice at the pub in Strahan or nearby places. more

Lovely bungalows with all the mod cons required while travelling. Very clean and well maintained rooms, comfy beds, nice nautical decor and atmosphere. We only stayed for one night but would have liked to stay longer! more

These bungalows are amazingly clean and modern., and well situated on the outskirts of Strahan. Even though they are on the highway there was no traffic noise to speak of. Met the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. Recommend this accommodation to everyone. more

We had a one night stopover here on our round Tassie trip. A 2 bedroom unit we occupied was ideal for the three of us. The shower was just like home and much appreciated. A laundry on the premises was very handy as we were on day 4 of our trip and we had a fine sunny day in Strahan... more

Totally agree with the last reviewer. Modern, well-appointed units at a very reasonable price, particularly for Strahan. We booked all units for a large group and everybody was very impressed. The Strahan Bungalows are in my opinion the best value accommodation in Tasmania. In writing that, I must point out that these purpose designed, built, furnished and highly maintained 2 bedroom units are not only of a very high quality BUT in addition the price is very reasonable.
