“Very nice hotel”

Our stay was very good. The only thing. Is that they need a fan in the bathroom. Very close to kings island like 5 miles. Beds were so comfy I didn't want to wake up. Would def stay here again. Staff was friendly and courteous.

“Consistent, positive experiences”

I have been to this hotel multiple times--with very consistent experiences. The hotel is clean, everyone is very nice and breakfast is average, but always looks clean and well stocked. The price is reasonable and the quality of the room is solid, not elegant, but perfect for business travel (and I would use this for family travel, too).

“Very pleasantly surprised, this hotel is worth the stay!!”

Return visit and was still very happy with service and quality! The staff will bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible and the rooms are neat and clean!!! Well worth it and great hotel for business people,nice cafe and lobby area for relaxing!!

“Magnificent! Very nice hotel great staff!!!”

Great bang for the buck,close to everything and the staff is fantastic!! The rooms are clean and inviting,breakfast served is very nice,not just a continental but lots to offer!!! Indoor pool and fitness center! Free WiFi was great!!

“Clean but not a great night's sleep”

“A bargain”

Wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out clean, efficient and with decent size rooms. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but when it's free, who's complaining? Gave me the toothpaste that I've run out of, and in general were very accommodating. I'll stay here again!

“Chimney smoker for housekeepers”

This is my third attempt for this review. Housekeepers help themselves to breakfast! The go out side to the benches meant for guests to have a smoke. I the direct pathway of guest checking in and out loading and unloading luggage and small children. I would write more but tripadvisor keeps removing this post.

We stayed two nights here , and honestly we couldn't of been happier with our choice of hotel! The rooms were spacious, and they were very clean. All of the staff were extreamly friendly, and the location was perfect. Close to KI, and other family related activities we had planned.
