Our family was attending a baseball tournament in mid-July. The staff was unfriendly. The staff manager barely understood English. They became upset when we got two buckets worth of ice out of the machine even though we had two rooms. We drove cross-country in Dec. and weren't sure where we'd stop. Therefore, we didn't make reservations in advance. It was nice and clean, quiet, perfectly adequate as a highway rest stop. Front desk staff were very friendly. There were some restaurants close by as the hotel is pretty much in the back parking lot of a big strip mall. If I were passing through briefly again on a road trip, I'd stay here again. more

The room looked as if it had been updated recently; the bathroom was clean enough for me to take a bath (I am very picky about clean tubs!). However, the continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had...stale doughnuts and the worst cup of "muddy water" coffee I have ever had. So if you skip breakfast, it's a good deal... more
