The reviews of this motel on Trip Advisor were so so at best. This place turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Very clean, great TV. The maid we met while packing our car the next morning was very pleasant. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was a spotty wifi.

This is about $30 less than other local national chain hotels. Rooms are good and clean with new flat screen tvs. Basic service with coffee bar only but central to great food chains with Bob Evans and Perkins a few yards away. Not a five star but good safe three star.

Passing thru Ohio and tried Red Roof Dayton North in Snow storm.FULL so lady called Dayton South Miamisburg. They went out of their way to help,reserved room and fantastic price. Room was neat and clean and QUIET..5 star rating!!!

Broken wifi and stained bedspreads. Spider in the bed. Moldy grout. Hair in the tub.  This is the first time I've ever been moved to write a review, good or bad.  Two stars for the very friendly front desk help. Otherwise this place is the pits. I would not be staying here if there were not circumstances beyond my control.

This Red Roof Inn is okay. It is a good price if you want a place to sleep. It is a bare bones motel, but what do you expect. Make sure you stay on the second floor.
