We stayed here for a night so that we could go to a Cleveland Indians game. The game went extra innings so we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 11:00 p.m. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly. My room was great and the breakfast in the morning was very convenient with alot of healthy choices available. The gym lacks alot...meaning the equipment is outdated and not very clean. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the location is close to my client site.

I would have given this hotel all excellent marks except for the check in. Rooms were not ready by 4:30 and front desk was dismissive when asked how long it would be. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, clean and quiet, good breakfast.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight out or a late flight in. Very comfortable and the people are friendly. I would strongly recommend this to anyone coming to Cleveland for a night or two.
