Smallish, newer hotel with nice-sized rooms. Traditional decor, comfy beds, sparkling clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. Nice outdoor patio and lounge that serves almost any aged Scotch and Bourbon you can think of. Across from lovely green space on campus that you can walk through. Easy free parking. Caters mostly to University visitors. Reasonably priced. more

We found the Marcum Inn a nice place to stay. It was clean, the beds were great and the room size was a little larger than average. The only drawback to me, was upon entering it looks old and rather dark inside. Their breakfast was pretty much the standard fare but presented nicely. I would stay there again, just wish... more
