My family has been going there for 10 years now and the same problems are there every year: ceiling fan still broken, holes in the deck not fixed, pool light still out of socket, broken mattresses, bee problems, warped floors, and the list goes on. We booked a 2 bdrm suite.. Showed up they had gave our suite to someone else, tried to give us a few dif rooms after that. “Stay away, place has really gone downhill!!!!”

We used to stay here every summer when we went to the lake. But it is terrible now. Collapsing floor in the room, no smoke detector, door wouldn't lock, exposed wires from the ceiling fan, tv's do not work. That is just a starter list of issues we ran into staying here. The brochure says luxurious, obviously they don't know what it means. The place was a dump, dirty, back door would not lock, had to put a chair against the door. wires hanging out of celing fan. TV was lousy, air conditioner did not work. The place was just a mess, very run-down. Brochures need to up-dated or the place needs... More
