After researching trip advisor my husband and I picked Beachfront Resort It is an older hotel but the room was clean and spacious (double queen). The weird things were no phone in room and after 10 P.M. no one is at the front desk. But while they were there staff was pleasant. Now for the outside, it can't be beat.... more

My boyfriend booked the Presidential Suite as a birthday gift for two nights. The views were fantastic, directly on the lake. The room was very clean and the jacuzzi was great. Needed last minute place for a 50th birthday celebration weekend after the B&B botched our reservation. Were led to Beachfront Resort! What a blessing. Enjoyed the presidential suite & double room. The hotel is right on the beach. Rooms were clean and maids attentive. Manager Marge was friendly & took time to talk to us. Dock's Beach House was fabulous.... more

hotel was not bad, although half the room is taken up by a jacuzzi. As far as the beach...well the sand is nice and the kids enjoyed digging, but the shoreline was covered in smelly seaweed, garbage, and a couple of big dead fish. The hotel should also consider a climbing frame for the lttle ones. more
