My wife and I and our 2 small boys just returned from Port Clinton. We rented a 1 bedroom condo, and while it was small, the view was FANTASTIC! A large window looking down and out on Lake Erie (it was only 50 feet from the condo!). This alone was worth the $110 a night we paid. The condo we stayed in was exceptionally clean, and family-friendly. The only 2 drawbacks we had were 1) Having to climb three flights of stairs (no elevators) and 2) The unit was cooled by a wall unit a/c and ceiling fans. There was no unit in the bedroom, so my wife and I depended on the fan and had to keep the door open to let the cool air in. We would definitely stay here again, and we were very pleased with our stay. One other plus--it's only about two blocks past the Jet Express Ferry boat to Put-In-Bay! Definitely worth staying at!
