I loved this hotel. Continental breakfast is always something I look at and theirs was pretty good. It was always stocked and it was more than just cereal. The rooms were very cozy. We stayed here the Thursday and Friday night before Labor Day. I was able to get a rate of $55 for Thursday night. For $55, this hotel was just fine. The Friday night rate was $90. Newer Hotel, We had a two bedroom suite, Hotel is just Ok. Cleaning could be better. Dust clogged fan in bathroom ,stained Carpet . dust on table tops ; bath towels were thin and scratchy. Suite is a misnomer--there was no sofabed which is standard in most suites. One of us had to sleep on a tiny sofa. The towels were shabby and worn. There were no amenities--no internet, no pool, no sauna. Breakfast was disappointing--the area was dirty, the food choices were limited to sugar and carbohydrates. My family and I stayed at the Comfort Suites - Sandusky. I was told at booking they had an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna.
