Hotel was very clean and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Location was convenient to interstate and Xavier College. Pool temperature was too warm and pool room was humid with a heavy smell of chlorine. Had to open doors and windows.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent staff at the front desk and great sales manager to help with all your group needs. Good location right off of interstate with several restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend if you are in the Cincinnati/Sharonville area. This was my first visit to Cincinnati and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Overall it was not to bad of a stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower curtain needs to be cleaned. Smelled like mildew. Service desk was very polite and willing to help I would stay here again. The price was not bad but a little on the high side

Rooms are great, staff is great but no complimentary breakfast. similiar priced hotels in the same block provided both breakfast and evening meals free. If you are paying the same price for a room why not stay at provide food along with your stay.

The property was nice. It was clean and staff was sincerely friendly. Other than that it was nothing special. Breakfast wasn't provided and I think my business account negotiated internet. It worked for what it was used for - a place to lie my head.
