Very disappointing especially after reading the other reviews. Bathroom had mold/rust and loose wall paper. Towels were stained and thin. Although we were in a non-smoking room and a big sign was posted in the corridor "no smoking", someone was definitely smoking. Bkfst was o.k. but get there early or there won't be any left. Bed was clean & comfy.... more

Stayed here a week ago and it was EXCELLENT. People are friendly, rooms are clean and quiet and they do a really neat thing with the towels..very creative. Breakfast area is nice with Activia, eggs and waffles. easy access to the fwy and ample parking. Towels are fluffy, real shampoo and soaps, not squeeze packs. We came back a week... more

The Ramada Springfield was a pleasant experience (I went in with extremely low expectations after reading the previous Trip Advisor review). It was highly recommended as our "official hotel" by coordinators for a conference taking place at Clark State Community across the street. Perfect location. Feb. 21, 2006 We just returned from a trip and spent one night at this motel. We had reserved 2 nights, but could only tolerate one! Had any other motels been available that night, we would have moved down the road. The entire motel was absolutely filthy, starting with the lobby, hallway and rooms.
