Room was a bit small and couldn't locate someone to see if we could upgrade. stayed 2 nights and there was no one on duty on Sunday evening.....did not know this ahead of time. breakfast buffet very very very limited-no hot water for tea, no decaf coffee, no sink.....Was told at checkout that they would "take care of me" and apologized for my inconvenience. more
