This hotel is a rare find. Built over 100 years ago, this functional building has nice tall ceilings and real thermostats, not those annoying high heat/low heat window units that many modern motels have. After attending the relay for life cancer walk, we decided to get a room at the comfort inn. The first room, which was a king bed, provided a great view of a brick wall. After speaking with the manager our room was switched to 2 double beds with a nice view of the courthouse square, which is beautiful at night.... more
