The room was decently appointed, maybe a little old, but it had the usual array of motel things. The walls were paper thin. The other guests were very loud, and one woman seemed compelled to have a very loud cell phone conversation in the hallway, right outside my door. Why wouldn't she go in her room to yell into her phone? I don't know; I wimped out and decided not to confront her. This was on a weekend; is it any better on a weekday? I do not know.
I dealt with two different sets of office staff. One of them was reasonably quick and friendly; the other ignored me until they found it convenient to notice that I was there. It was pretty easy to ignore me, too, since we were separated by one of those thick windows they use to ward off armed robbers.
If you have business in Warrensville Heights, just drive the three miles or so to the Beachwood hotel park. You might pay a little bit more (or even a little less!) but it will be worth it. If you're just looking for a...
