While visiting family, I was looking for a nearby, reasonable hotel for an overnight stay. This Holiday Inn Express was nearby and looked fine from the outside. However, the lobby was dreary, cramped and deserted except for a TV blasting from an office. The room was shabby -- the comforters seemed old and dirty, towels and sheets were worn and... more

I want to apologize for you not enjoying your visit with us. I would like to say that since your visit in 2006 we have hired a new General Manager who is wonderful and we have updated the hotel. We are also getting ready to relaunch our hotel which will involve even more updates along with a new brand image....
