Items were taken from our apartment.

The local police responded and discovered that the property manager gave access to our apartment to a stranger. No effort was made by the property owner to identify the person or to validate the stranger's story for needing access to enter our apartment.

The property manager also never informed us that she allowed a stranger in our apartment.
