Good Hampton Inn - always get what you expect, good friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast. Fully booked but was still relatively quiet which I consider important. Setting 200 characters as the minimum makes no sense and I will not bother doing another review.

The Hampton Inn came through for us in Zanesville. We found the hotel to be conveniently located just off I70. Accommodations were very good. The usual chain restaurants were conveniently located to the hotel. We would likely use this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. From the moment we entered the lobby we knew we were going to have a great stay and we did. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom appeared to be new and was very clean, too. If we are in Zanesville again, we will definitely stay here.

This hotel has been my second home for nearly a year now... the staff is great, easy to work with on future stays... The rooms are very clean, and in all my stays I have only had one issue and it was corrected quickly.

This Hampton Inn location seemed to be well managed and maintained. The whole experience was very satisfactory, from the clerk at the front desk to the staff at breakfast. Called at 2:30am to book the room and the price was a little high. However; it never hurts to haggle a little. Much better price and a check-in at 4:15am made for a descent nights rest. Hotel seemed fairly clean, but was a little dated. The floor wasn't spotless. Toilet wobbled; which is unnerving. The staff was friendly and efficient.... More

We were disappointed in our stay at this hotel. Not up to the normal Hilton standards. Hotel rooms very much in need of an update. Breakfast was below average. Bed was very good and chocolate chip cookies were excellent , but hvac was not working well and the room was noisy. I don't think that there is much to choose... More

The staff was outstanding and friendly, the motel was older, clean, but somewhat noisy (guests next door and above). The pool was small and Whirlpool didn't work. he business center had no fax machine and we had to travel about 5 miles to a Staples to fax some documents. the gym was adequate.

I travel through the area a few times a year and stayed at another hotel the last time because it was new. This time I chose the Hampton and was very impressed. Although not new it is very well kept.
