Nice folks. We were travelling North and could not find rooms near OKC or Moore due to the recent tornado. Luckily we hit this place and they had a clean, comfortable room for us. “Had some issues, but overall good”

My first room had a very musty smell to it and the toilet continue to run. The staff move me and the second room had an overwhelming air fresher smell. Once I opened the window the smell disapated, but was still noticble. The staff was very attentive and nice. Once the renovations are complete the property will be very nice.

“Comfortable and quiet”

This property while undergoing construction to double its size, is still very quiet and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was very nice. I especially liked having the recliner in the King bedroom. I'll be staying at this hotel again.

“Great place to stay”

After a very long day's driving we stopped here for the night and we were so glad we did! The two receptionists were very friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner (you must try the Mexican restaurant nearby!). The staff here is extremely helpful and always displaying a professional level of hospitality. Even with all of the mud and dirt being drug around the hotel after all the snow and rain. Have been here for three weeks and would return for countless more weeks in the future.

“A GREAT stay in a small town”

It was one of my best stays at a hotel. I was here for a month and the entire staff went out of there way to make our stay a great one . The rooms are clean and the girls are very helpful with me working night . Breakfest was always ready early in the morning and stayed late

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the response from onsite management, but smoking inside the hotel is not allowed. Every person from top down in the Best Western family cares deeply about every guest, especially when it comes to health and comfort.
