I just returned from my second stay at the Comfort Suites in Idabel. There isn't much to see in Idabel itself, but Beavers Bend National Park is nearby and the other nearby city of Broken Bow does not have enough places to stay, or even one as nice as the Comfort Suites in Idabel. more
Around Broken Bend State Park, this will have to be one of the cleanest, newest hotels. Slightly more expensive than other hotels, though. Plus, you do not get the quaintness of the cabins that are so profusely available around the park. more
As one of the other reviews wrote, there are not many options for an overnight stay in SE Oklahoma. Comfort Suites in Idabel was really nice for the price. The hotel was clean, inside and out. If you are traveling in southeastern Oklahoma you will discover that there are not many motel options, so it was really nice to stay at the Comfort Suites in Idabel, OK.
