This isn't a Best Western; it's a Worst Western. The carpeting was fairly new, but it had huge ripples in it and dirt everywhere. Bad management! TV didn't work very well, ceiling had HUGE brown water stains. Our restroom was clean BUT needed maintenance done on it. The staff was OK, but the lady manager....well, lets just say she wasn't very helpful and lied to us more than once. Me and my family will be staying some place else the next time we are... more
