#1 Personal couldnt figure out how to use computer to check us in.
#2 breakfast was a disaster. No coffee, stale ceral, green goop oozes out of juice dispenser.
#3 BLOOD on mattress.
#4 Hole in wall in bathroom.
#5 Refused refund request or even an adjustment, Microtel customer service rep said "theres nothing we can do for you sir".
I own a tour company, there IS something I can do, I refuse to stay in any Microtel anywhere now, thats a lot of rooms each year. I book about 1000 bednights each season. I hope you are listening Microtel!
