I didn't book a room at this place ahead of time since I wasn't sure if I'd be stopping in Okalahoma City for the night until I got there. I did check hotels & rates in the area ahead of time using Hotels.com.

The bad: They would not honor the rate posted on hotels.com ($5 difference - not a big deal but irritating), I asked for a non-smoking room but the one I got wreaked of smoke ( I was too tired to deal with changing rooms), found a big black hair (not mine) in the bed linens as soon as I pulled them back, saw 2 roaches in the room, bucket catching water in the hall outside my room, ceiling in bathroom had been cut apart, I assume to fix a plumbing problem but not repaired very well, the bath tub faucet would not shut off completely - constant running, not just a drip.

The good: The appliances in the room were fairly new & in good condition, wireless internet acess worked well, staff was pleasant.

Next time I'll be prepared to look for a... more
