Stayed at this hotel for an extended period of 2 weeks. The rooms are very very small. There were 2 adults, 2 children and large dog and lots of luggage. Stayed here for 3 nights in Christmas Holidays. I was missing my loved one. I had no choice to stay in Oklahoma City, since I had to give a priority to the job related agenda. We stayed here because of it location, and we will be returning. Everything was clean, the quality of the in room amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc) were similar to those I have found in rooms twice this price, the staff was helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was more than standard continental breakfasts (included biscuits, sausage patties, and cream gravy).... more

During stay over $300.00 stolen from room one day and the next day cell phone stolen from room. Employee and a third party carpet cleaning apartment were allowed in hotel room during our occupancy. Customer Service is very rude and was not willing to help. more
