Let's just say I wasn't thrilled when my company booked me in another "Best Western". However, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was almost on par with a nice Hampton Inn. After arranging with the manager a block of rooms for a wedding, our quests were turned away from bookings. The manager had not completed the proper paperwork and the rooms were not available for our wedding group. I am glad we found out before the guests arrived!!! more

The room we requested was suppose to be smoke free, yet it smelled of smoke and had ash trays in the bathroom. The whole hotel smelled musty and dirty. WE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. more
