I stayed in this hotel for a business trip with some colleagues to attend a conference held in the lower lobby. When we were first given our rooms, 4 out of 5 of us were given handicapped rooms. Sleeping quarters ok. During stay here this week, ice machines were out of service 5 of the 9 floors. Maid service excellent. Front desk seem to care a little. Restaurants do not open til 630 am. more

Stayed here one night on business in April 2007. The check in was easy, staff were pleasant and accomodating. I fogot my rewards card. They looked it up without skipping a beat and made me some special offers as a result. Free Wifi is available throughout the hotel.
